Shipping Costs
- Most items over $50 ship free using ground shipping within the continental USA. Some exceptions exist depending on total size of package (example: ski poles, bikes, kayaks, etc).
- Items under $50 will be charged $9.99 for ground service. Please contact us if you have additional questions.
Signature Deliveries
- Larger items like skis, snowboards, bikes, kayaks, etc. require signature confirmation upon delivery. You must contact the specific shipping carrier to reroute the item or release the delivery.
- All orders over $400 require a signature upon delivery. To release a package without signature, you will need to contact the carrier.
3 Day Shipping
- 3 Day Shipping is business day and does not include the time it may take to source items from other stores for shipment. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and we are unable to expedite shipping after it has been picked up by the carrier.
- Items do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once the package is in transit with the carrier, all shipping and tracking information must be accessed on the carrier's website. Packages can not be rerouted or expedited once in transit.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Items
- At Equipe Sport, we do everything we can to make sure your package is protected and delivered to you safely.
- However, we are unable to guarantee reimbursement for lost, stolen, or damaged orders. The best and only way to guarantee reimbursement and protect your packages is by adding Route Package Protection and Insurance at checkout.
- Please learn more about Route below. Purchasing Route Insurance is the only guarantee for reimbursement of lost, damaged, or stolen items.
- Items purchased without Route Protection undergo a claims process with the select shipping carrier that can take up to 30 business days and reimbursement is not guaranteed.
- For your convenience, Internet purchases may be returned to any Equipe Sport / Mtn. Riders retail store. Credit will be issued on the next business day.
- Please note our policy as stated above applies to these purchases.
Equipe Sport / Mtn. Riders will accept returns of unused, unwashed or defective merchandise if made within 14 days of original purchase. All refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt of purchase and will be made in the form of the original payment. Tags must not be removed. If the original receipt is not available, returns will be limited to store credit or product exchange. All Ski boots sold on sale are considered a final sale.
Equipe Sport / Mtn. Riders will accept exchanges of merchandise equal to the original purchase price or the then selling price, which ever is lower.
Equipe Sport / Mtn. Riders will accept returns of unused, unwashed merchandise. We understand that sometimes your online purchases just aren’t right. No sweat, we will take it back and issue a refund to the original form of payment after the item is received at our stores.
Items must meet the following requirements when received at our stores to be eligible for return:
- The original tags must be on the item when returned
- Goggles must have their lens film in-tact
- Goggles must be free of scratches on the lens; please take care that goggles are packaged appropriately in their protective bags when returning.
Please note that a $7.50 restocking fee applies to all returns received after 14 days from original delivery.
After 14 days all returns will be made at the \"then selling price\". Example: if you purchase an item in January at $500, and return in March when the item has been put on sale for $300, you will receive a refund of $300.
All ski boots sold on sale are considered a final sale.
Packages shipped for return without additional insurance coverage do not ensure full reimbursement if a package is lost, damaged, or stolen en route. Please discuss insurance options with your carrier when dropping off your return package for shipment.

If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return:
• Your name and billing address or order number.
• The name, address and zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift.
• The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase.
• The item number of the merchandise, if available.
